1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only for unused, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags and packaging intact.
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, stain, or damage will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Discounted or clearance sale items
- Customized or altered products
- Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)
3. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size issues only, subject to stock availability.
- Customers must inform within 7 days of delivery for exchange requests.
4. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Return Shipping
- In case of return due to size or change of mind, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- If the product is damaged or wrong item is delivered, return shipping will be covered by us.
